If you are planning to visit beach, pick up a rental car to get to the Marina at Cullen Bay, the Skycity Darwin Casino and then to Mindil Beach and Fanny Bay. The Botanical Gardens just opposite to this beach is worth visiting. You can visit Crocodylus Park just a little distance out of the city, which has not only crocodiles but also big cats, monkeys and more. Thus, there are many attractive places in and around Darwin, which you can enjoy by taking a rental car.
